How do I download my YouTube watch history?
Go to takeout.google.com, deselect everything, then select only YouTube. Choose JSON as the format and download. You'll receive a zip with watch-history.json inside.
What does SubTrack do with my data?
We store it privately in your account. Nothing is sold, shared, or used to train any model. Delete your account and it's gone.
How does subliminal detection work?
We match your video titles and channels against a curated keyword catalog covering subliminals, affirmations, frequencies, glow up content, manifestation, and more. You can mark anything as not-a-subliminal.
Will my Wrapped be public?
Only if you choose to share it. Every Wrapped is private until you generate a share link.
Can I import multiple history files?
Yes — imports are unlimited and free. Re-import whenever you have a fresh Takeout export; duplicates are skipped automatically.
Why estimated hours and not exact?
YouTube Takeout doesn't include video durations. We use an 8-minute average. You'll always see this is an estimate.
